   HOW DO I AVOID EVICTION ! 

In order to Avoid EVICTION you need to know what it is, 
Per the Dictionary 

1. To put out (a tenant, for example) by legal process; expel.
2. To force out; eject.  
3. Law To recover (property, for example) by a superior claim or legal process.

Chula Vista & San Diego Short Sales: What Are the Basics for a Hardship Letter?   

Chula Vista & San Diego Help – When I seat down and I explain the Short Sale process to my clients one of the first questions I ask is  to describe me their hardship.
Finding out and caring for the client needs, is important because A Short Sale is a very big step to take and all the options and steps have to be considered. 

After doing so many short sales and helping so many people to start a new life it makes it easier to understand your situation, so the client should never feel bad to let us know what are they going though. 


For us is very important to put in paper your hardship because that is what we are going to be explaining the bank about the situation you are going through.   In your hardship letter, you want to explain 3 things:
1. The reason your present situation is what it is: If for example some mortgage payments have been miss, can you explain why did this happened?  did this happened because Medical reasons? Family Reasons, Loss of a job? Any kind of emergency? a family loss?   Be sure that the info given to the bank is the same that coincides with the dates of the missed payment . When writing down this info use dates an info relevant to your situation..
2. Can you let the bank know what are the things you have done to get out of the situation: What have you tried to make your situation better? 
3. How come the situation is permanent:
State the facts as of why you for see the situation to be permanent. 
By incorporating this 3 things on your hardship letter it will help the bank understand your situation It will empower you in front of the bank to take control of your situation  Thinking about a short sale in Chula Vista, San Diego?
